Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 3 June 2010 it purchased for
cancellation 99,682 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 73.0 pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 37,759,338 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
