Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2011 it purchased for
cancellation 67,144 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.00
pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 40,959,238 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
