Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 21 February 2011 it purchased for
cancellation 264,491 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.05
pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 38,026,387 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
