Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 September 2010 it purchased
for cancellation 42,578 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 84.2
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 36,970,891 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
