Purchase of the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 27 August 2009 it purchased for
cancellation 86,360 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.11 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,859,897 Ordinary Shares and
11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
