Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 23 June 2008, it purchased a
total of 299,429 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
85.725 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,747,717 Ordinary Shares and
11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
