Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 1 June 2006 it purchased 100,000 Ordinary
Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 93.65 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 39,409,922 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
