Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 3 March 2008, it purchased a
total of 296,072 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
90.369 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 36,007,364 Ordinary Shares and
677,226 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
