Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary
prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the joint offer for
subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £24 million (as may be increased)
("the Offer").

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of Mobeus Income &
Growth 4 VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December
2013 ("2013 MIG 4 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by
reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2013 MIG 4 Accounts have been
submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
