Class Meetings of Ordinary and S Ordinary Shareholders
The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that the resolutions
proposed at the Separate Class meetings of the Ordinary Shareholders and the S
Ordinary Shareholders held yesterday, 10 February 2009, were approved by
shareholders of each class.
