Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 30 January 2012 it allotted and issued 1,247,556
new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme
("the Scheme") at a price of 87.5 pence per share.

Following these allotments the issued share capital of the Company is
41,939,604 Ordinary Shares.
