The Company announces that on 6 February 2008 it allotted and issued 677,226
new S Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p .
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,303,436
Ordinary Shares and 677,226 S Ordinary Shares.
