The Company announces that on 8 April 2013, the following Director participated
in the Enhanced Buyback Facility issued by the Company on 25 January 2013.

The number of the Company's own Ordinary Shares bought-back by the Company at a 
price of 108.8 pence per share and the number of Ordinary Shares allotted and 
issued at a price of 112.3 pence per Ordinary Share are shown below:
