Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 23 December 2013, it purchased
58,641 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 87 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 53,112,565 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in
issue.
