Notification of Major Interest in Shares
Highcroft Investments PLC (or the 'Company')
The Company received notification yesterday that Miss F.H Kingerlee, sold 2,500
ordinary shares of 25p each on 12th December 2002. Following this transaction,
Miss F.H Kingerlee now owns 153,000 ordinary shares representing approximately
2.96 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and consequently
no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
