announces that on 2 August 2006 it was notified by Mr John Hallam, a director,
that since the publication of the Company's Prospectus dated 8 February 2006,
he has joined the board of directors of Develica Deutschland Limited and
Genesis Emerging Markets Investment Company SICAV both companies being listed
on the London Stock Exchange.
