The Company announces that Mark Powell, a Director of the Company, purchased
3,000 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company on 12 November 2010. Mr Powell now has
an interest in 3,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting
rights. The shares were purchased at a price of £9.75 per share.
