scheme (Dividend Re-Investment Plan) on 12 May 2008 of 289 Ordinary 25p shares
of the Company, Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, now has an interest
in 10,289 Ordinary shares, representing 0.041% of the issued Ordinary shares.
The shares were purchased at a price of 863 pence per share.
