HgCapital Trust plc - Director notification
HgCapital Trust announces that Richard Brooman, a non-executive director of the
Trust, has been appointed to the Board of SVM UK Active Fund plc as a
non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2011.
This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules.
