The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be
held on Wednesday, 3 December 2014 at 2.00 p.m. at the offices of Field Fisher
Waterhouse LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2014, the
Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today be sent to
