The Company was informed on 3 November 2014 that on that day Dr Christopher
Spacie, Technical Director of the Company, purchased 8,312 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60p per Ordinary
Share. Following this transaction, Dr Christopher Spacie is now interested in
35,463 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.32% of the total voting rights of the
Company of 11,247,823 Ordinary Shares.
