18 May 2010 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") Trading update The board of Talent announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Talent Television Limited, has completed negotiations and contractual terms have been agreed with ITV to produce a 90 minute television entertainment special based on a brand new event entitled A:3K Football, which brings together six of the worlds greatest footballers to compete in gladiatorial games of football skill at the O2 Arena on 17 July 2010. Completion of the legal documentation is expected shortly. A:3K will be produced and directed by Hollywood movie and music legend Marc Brickman, most famous for his work with Pink Floyd, Cirque de Soleil, Running Man, AI, and Minority Report and will see the players competing head to head in a series of skills based challenges, which combine technology and theatre to create a spectacular event. The television special is co-produced by Talent Television Limited and Aura Football and will have exclusive back-stage access to the players and bring all the entertainment and drama of the event to its television audience. The Executive Producer for Talent Television is its Director of Entertainment, Jonathan Glazier. Other projects are at advanced stages of negotiations and further announcements will be made in due course.
