EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC (the "Company")
Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 23 October 2009 was 173.1 pence including estimated
current period revenue and 170.9 pence excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 28,942,680 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
32,654,180 Ordinary Shares less 3,711,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
