EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC (the "Company")
Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 24 April 2009 was 139.5 pence including estimated
current period revenue and 138.2 pence excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 30,462,680 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
33,846,680 Ordinary Shares less 3,384,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
