EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC (the "Company")
Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 30 June 2008 was 153.28 pence including estimated
current period revenue and 150.62 pence excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 32,053,180 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
33,998,180 Ordinary Shares less 1,945,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
