Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 17 August 2007 was 167.56 pence.
This is based on 33,361,278 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
33,998,180 Ordinary Shares less 636,902 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
