The Company was notified yesterday by Mr Terence Bate that, following a recent
purchase of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 10p per share, equivalent
to 1.85 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Talent, Mr Bate now
holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.17 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of the Company. Of the 1,000,000 ordinary shares held by
Mr Bate, 225,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of OMX Securities
LLP.
