Dividend Declaration

EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC

The Board has today declared an interim dividend of 2.8p per ordinary share.
This dividend will be payable on 18 March 2011 to shareholders on the register
as at 4 March 2011. The ex-dividend date will be 2 March 2011.

As detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 4 February 2011, this
dividend will not be payable on any new shares which may be issued in respect
of the scheme of reconstruction of Anglo & Overseas Plc.
