EP Global Opportunities Trust plc announces that Ian McBean has given notice
that he will retire as a non-executive Director on 31 December 2012. Ian has
been a Director of the Company since its launch in 2003 and the Board would
like to express its gratitude for his valuable contribution and considerable
support during his nine year tenure.
