7 March 2011 Talent Group plc (`Talent' or the `Company') Director Changes The Company announces that Jonathan Glazier, has resigned as a director of Talent and Kate Beal has been appointed as a director of the Company, both with immediate effect. Mr Glazier leaves the Company, where he has been director of entertainment, to devote his time to pursuing his personal interests in social networking projects. He will retain a shareholding in the Company and will be available to offer his production and consultancy services for television entertainment projects. The board would like to thank Mr Glazier for his contribution as an executive and director of the Company and looks forward to maintaining a strong relationship in the future. Kate Beal joined the Company in 2008 with the acquisition of KMB Productions Limited (now Talent TV South Limited), which she founded in 2005 and for which she acted as Creative and Managing Director. Ms Beal began her career with ITV, first working for the company during her time at York University, where she graduated with a degree in English and Politics. Following graduation, Ms Beal joined ITV in 1998 where she held various positions, leaving in 2005 to establish KMB Productions Limited. Ms Beal has confirmed there is no additional information to ne disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
