The Company has today been informed that Mr Ian McBean , a Director of EP
Global Opportunities Trust plc, has today purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of
the Company at a price of 102 pence per share.
Mr McBean now has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.45% of the issued Ordinary shares.
