                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company has been notified that the personal pension fund of Mr Robert
Benton, chairman, has bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Talent from
him at 19 pence per share on 25th July 2005. Mr Benton continues to be
beneficially interested in 2,827,503 ordinary shares, representing 17.44 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
