Director/PDMR Shareholding

EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST plc

The Company has been informed that on 06 June 2007 Teddy Tulloch, a Director of
EP Global Opportunities Trust plc, purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of the
Company at a price of 167 pence per share, for inclusion in a SIPP.

Mr Tulloch now has an interest in 60,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.18% of the issued Ordinary shares.

The Company has also been informed that on 06 June 2007 Miss N Tulloch and Mr A
Tulloch, who are Connected Persons of Mr Teddy Tulloch, as defined by the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules, each purchased 12,000 Ordinary shares of the
Company at a price of 167 pence per share.
