The Company has been informed that on 8 September 2011 Mr David Hough, a
Director of the Company, purchased 5,500 Ordinary shares of the Company for
inclusion in an ISA, at a price of £1.535 per share.

Mr Hough now has an interest in 73,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.12% of the Ordinary shares in circulation.
