The Company has been informed that on 7 April 2010 Mr David Hough, a Director
of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of the Company for inclusion in
an ISA, at a price of £1.84625 per share.
Mr Hough now has an interest in 54,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.19% of the Ordinary shares in circulation.
