EP Global Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that Mr Richard Burns, a Director of EP Global
Opportunities Trust plc, purchased today 25,000 Ordinary shares of the Company
at a price of 155 pence per share.
Mr Burns now has an interest in 852,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 2.90% of the issued Ordinary shares.
