                   Holding in Company and Directors Dealings                   

The Company was notified on 18 April 2008 that, following a disposal on that
day of 2,991,900 ordinary shares, equivalent to 18.46 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of the Company, John Kaye Cooper now holds 810,514
ordinary shares, equivalent to 5 per cent. of the issued voting share capital
of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 18 April 2008 that Terry Bate, Chairman of the
Company, has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share, equivalent to
6.17 per cent. of the issued voting share capital; and now holds 4,025,000
ordinary shares, equivalent to 24.83 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Tony Humphreys, Managing
Director of the Company, has purchased 191,990 ordinary shares at 5p per share,
equivalent to 1.18 per cent. of the issued voting share capital in the Company;
and now holds 2,726,993 ordinary shares, equivalent to 16.82 per cent. of the
issued voting share capital of the Company.

Furthermore, the Company has been notified that Jonathan Glazier, the recently
appointed Director of Entertainment of Talent Television Limited, has acquired
1,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company; which represents his total
shareholding in the Company and is equivalent to 9.87 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of the Company.
