The Company has been informed that Mr Richard Burns, a Director of EP Global
Opportunities Trust plc, purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of the Company on
Tuesday 17 April 2007 at a price of 167 pence per share.

Mr Burns now has an interest in 377,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 1.11% of the issued Ordinary shares.
