Amendment to Facility Agreement

EP Global Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company")

Amendment to the Company's £10,000,000 multicurrency revolving loan facility
(the "Facility")

The Company announces that it has entered into an amendment agreement with
Scotiabank Europe PLC in respect of the Facility (the "Amendment Agreement").

Pursuant to the terms of the Amendment Agreement, the termination date of the
Facility has been extended from 10 January 2014 to 9 January 2015.

As at today's date, the Company had drawn down approximately £3,700,000 in
Japanese Yen under the Facility.
