A3K Update

1 July 2010 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") A3K update Further to the announcements made by the Company on 18 May 2010 and 25 June 2010 and the announcement made by Aura Entertainment Limited ("Aura") yesterday the Company confirms that the 90 minute television entertainment special based on a brand new event entitled A:3K Football, which was to have brought together six of the worlds greatest footballers to compete in gladiatorial games of football skill at the O2 Arena, has been postponed until June 2011. The Company's contractual arrangements with the producer provide that the Company is fully indemnified for the costs it has incurred to date and for other programme related overheads and fees. The Company is working closely with the producer and other partners involved with the A3K event in order to ensure that, despite the postponement, the television programme will go ahead as originally planned but based on the new 2011 timetable.
