    LONDON, June 28 -- General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and its 
subsidiary GMAC International Finance B.V. (GMACIF) are pleased to announce that 
the following information has been filed with and is available at the Document 
Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority: 
 
    (i) The Annual Report and audited non-consolidated accounts of GMACIF for 
each of the financial years ended 31 December, 2003 and 31 December, 2004; 
    (ii) GMAC's Annual Report on Form 10-K for each of the years ended 31 
December 2003 and 31 December 2004; 
    (iii) GMAC's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 31 March, 
2005; and 
    (iv) the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of 
Association of GMACIF and the Certificate of Incorporation and the By-laws of 
GMAC.
