GM Announces Quarterly Dividend
 
    DETROIT, May 2 -- General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM) today 
announced a second-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share on GM 
common stock. The dividend is payable June 9, 2007, to holders of 
record as of May 11, 2007. The dividend is unchanged from the 
previous quarter.  
    General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM), the world's largest
