Treasury Shares

The Company announces that following the transfer of 3,933 Treasury shares from
the Treasury Shares Account to a participant exercising Share Options under the
Company's Save as You Earn Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital for
the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,487,759 of which 1,049,114 (3.13%)
are treasury shares.

Please note that this announcement corrects the treasury shares and issued
share capital amounts that were incorrectly reported in the listed voting
rights and capital announcement made on 31 January 2014. To confirm, the total
number of listed voting rights in Fullers is 32,438,645.
