The Company announces that following the transfer of 1,631 Treasury shares from
the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued
share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,405,317 of which
947,531 (2.84%) are treasury shares.
