Transaction in Own Shares

Treasury Shares Purchase

The Company announces that on 4 December 2013, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 200,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £9.40 per
share.

As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the `A'
Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,432,259, of which 1,077,572 (3.22%) are
treasury shares.
