Treasury Shares Purchase
The Company announces that on 5 March 2014, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 26,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a gross price of £9.50 per
share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the `A'
Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,487,759 of which 1,073,741 (3.21%) are
treasury shares.
