Treasury Shares Purchase and Transfer
The Company announces that on 22 July 2011, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 81,009 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £7.02 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding
shares held in treasury was 32,814,439 ordinary shares.
