Purchase of pubs from Enterprise Inns PLC

Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C. (the `Company') is pleased to announce that it
has completed the agreed purchase of pubs from Enterprise Inns PLC announced on
the 2nd February 2012.


In addition to the agreed purchase of 15 pubs, Fuller's will also purchase one
additional pub bringing the total number of pubs purchased to 16 for a total
cash consideration of £25.4m.

The pubs purchased are:
