BOARD CHANGES

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("the Company") is very sad to report that Ron
Spinney, Senior Independent Non Executive Director and Chairman of the
Remuneration Committee, passed away on 13 July 2008. The Company has benefited
from eight years of wise counsel from Mr Spinney and he will be sorely missed
by his Fuller's colleagues.

Nick MacAndrew has agreed to take over as our Senior Independent Non Executive
Director. James Espey was due to stand down at the end of next week's Annual
General Meeting but has agreed to stay on until a replacement is found. Mr
Espey will Chair the Remuneration Committee during this period.
