Director/PDMR Shareholding

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ('the Company')

The Company has today been notified that on 15 June 2007 Kenneth Graham, spouse
of Marie Gracie (PDMR), disposed of 600 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company
at a price of £18.90 per share (the "Shares"). Following this disposal, Marie
Gracie has a total notifiable interest of 8,814 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the
Company (equal to a 0.07% holding) and of 24,873 10p `B' Ordinary Shares of the
Company (equal to a 0.07% holding).

The Company has today been notified that the Shares were purchased by F.S.T
Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share
Incentive Plan. Details of the purchaser of the Shares are announced for
information purposes because of the potential interest of Directors and PDMRs
in any future allocation of shares under the Rules of the Company's Share
Incentive Plan.
